Kai Fat Brush Factory Limited, founded in 1985, has been a forerunner in the brush industry from implementation to manufacturing in Hong Kong. We are experienced in producing and designing various kinds of brushes and beauty salon-class home appliances.

As of today, our factory holds the ISO 9001 certification (first awarded in 2015) and has also obtained certification from the Business Social Compliance Initiative (BSCI). Notably, as early as 1998, we became the first company in the Southeast Asian brush manufacturing industry to achieve ISO 9001:1994 Quality Management System certification. Later, in 2011, we successfully renewed our certification to the updated ISO 9001:2008 standard following a formal review.

Description of Quality Control/Technical Support Department
The Quality Management Department is responsible for establishing, implementing, and maintaining the factory's Quality Management System in line with ISO 9001 standards. It comprises roles including Quality Manager, Quality Supervisor, QE, QA, IQC, IPQC, and OQC. The department provides an incoming material pass rate of over 96%. It utilizes tools such as FMEA and SPC for prevention and analysis, and is equipped with twenty types of testing instruments, including an XRF spectrometer, colorimeter, standard light booth, negative ion tester, magnetic force measuring instrument, etc.
Quality Control Procedures
Quality management utilizes FMEA tools to mitigate risks proactively. Before materials are purchased and warehoused, IQC strictly inspects them according to AQL standards. During production, IPQC employs SPC for real-time monitoring to ensure process stability. Upon completion, products undergo dual verification through FQC full inspection and OQC sampling inspection. For any abnormalities, we adhere to the 8D principle for root cause analysis and implementation of permanent corrective actions. The entire system is established and executed based on the ISO 9001 standard.
